Notice: Tentative results from the 6th Annual UCD Sprint Triathlon are now posted! Please send an email to results @ ucdtri.com if you discover any mistakes in the results. Thank you to everyone who raced and/or volunteered today!

As of Monday at 8:30 PM, the results have been updated to fix some mistakes in the first pass; let us know if you discover any other errors.


Team News


Notice: There will be a team meeting on Thursday April 23rd at 7:30 in Wellman 6 (location may change, check back closer to the meeting). We will be handing out race subsidies for everyone who raced Stanford, Berkeley, Santa Barbara or Cal Poly. We will also be discussing officer nominations and the Wildflower triathlon.


Mar 5th, 2009: Team Meeting

We will be going over details and logistics for the Stanford race this weekend. Also, there will be a fun demonstration on race transitions for the swim->bike and bike->run. Rebecca will be bringing the uniforms for those of you who have not picked them up yet. Lastly, the carpool tool for the Stanford race is available here: Carpool if you deleted the email.

Jan 22nd, 2009: Team Meeting

At this meeting we will be discussing the UC Davis Sprint Triathlon, the upcoming race season, and the annual ski trip.

2008-09 Season Information and Introductory Meetings

The first team meeting of the year will be October 1st at 6:30 PM in Wellman 126. All new members and old members are invited to come see what the UCD triathlon team is about. We will be going over how to join, what the team is about, and how the team will be structured. Also, the new coach for our team will introduce himself to the team.

The second team meeting will be October 9 at 6:30 PM in Roessler 66. This meeting is a uniform meeting where representatives from Voler apparel will be bringing samples for everyone to try on. If you're interested in purchasing a team uniform to race in, please come to this meeting to try on items for size. Also, we will be purchasing warm ups for the team this year. If you're interested in buying a team warm up, we will have samples for you to try on at this meeting as well.

Feb 24th, 2008: Aggies host Fifth Annual UCD Sprint Triathlon

Results are now available from our race; click here to view them. Congratulations to all racers and an extra big thanks to all volunteers and the race organization crew who made the race a success. February 10th, 2008: UCD Triathletes kick off race season at Berkeley Bearathlon

Nineteen aggies raced in the Berkeley Bearathlon this weekend, the first race of the 2008 WCCTC race circuit. results, photots, and recaps from the race are now posted.

2007-08 Season Kickoff

Welcome back triathletes! Hopefully everyone had a good summer and is excited to kick off our 2007-08 season. We've had some meetings and early season training has started, but it's not too late to join the team. If you're new and thinking about joining the team, be sure to check out our FAQ page for answers to common questions and minutes from our first few meetings of the year.

Congratulations 2007 Ironman Finishers!

This was a big summer for aggies racing iron distance races. We had several members earn the title 'ironman' for the first time this summer and also several repeat ironmen. Congratulations Max Biessmann, Kensuke Yamamoto, Juan Lang, Hiep Nguyen, Hao Nguyen, Ruth Anderson, and Dan Kwong for finishing their first ironman this summer. Congrats to Sinclair Yeh, Tobias Winnemoeller, and Matt Roper for repeat performances. Check back soon for aggie results from Ironman Germany, Ironman Korea, Ironman Wisconsin, and the Full Vineman.
