If you ever need someone to hang out with at 4 am, Beth's your girl (she's
somewhat of a night owl...or day owl...or both maybe). Some have suggested that
Beth should wear a helmet all of the time, seeing as how she has managed to get
hit in the head at least once (and often multiple times) in every sport that
she's ever done (ballet, modern dance, basketball, volleyball, softball,
baseball, running, swimming, biking, snowshoeing, hiking, rock climbing, salsa
dancing...etc.)
If you've never hit your head while running, watch out for the nasty trees
along Russell.
Beth is hoping that she can train for a couple of half Ironmans and maybe an
Ironman this year without cracking her bike/her face in half.
