After watching my sister do Team in Training I decided to try my hand at triathlons. I've been swimming longer than I care to remember (longer than most of you have been alive), but this running and cycling stuff is all new. I have been working very hard on my running this past year and did my first half-marathon in October. It was one of the most satisfying experiences of my life and I've definitely become a convert to the joys of running.
