I've been swimming all my life, and I very recently started running and biking. The Cal Poly tri was my first race, and the hills ate me alive, but I couldn't believe how much fun it was. I LOVE how encouraging EVERYONE is on the race course!!! I'm still learning the bare basics of the sport, so I have a long way to go. I'm really looking forward to more triathlons in the near future.
