Its my first season of triathlon's, so still have some learning to do to
improve to the next level. But have been biking and running for 14 years while
training in Wrestling. Was a 4x NCAA letterman at The College of New Jersey,
and then spent a year as Head Coach of Robbinsville HS (NJ), as well as Asst.
Coach of Team NJ's 2nd place finish in nationals. While in grad school in
Florida, served as Head Coach of Florida Atlantic University's developing team
as well.
Played football for 4 years in high school and got my swimming from surfing the
Jersey Shore while on the east coast. Done a bunch of other sports, even a
solo trip to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with HACE and HAPE, but want to try
something new now, so figure Tri's are a good mix of things to work on. Don't
have the most time since school is pretty demanding, but will be at workouts
and races as often as possible for either this team or Mad Cows in town.
Already did the Tri Slug Tri, Team Davis fundraiser duathlon, and had fun on
the snowboard trip in Tahoe, so am looking forward to a good upcoming season
with time permitting. Who knows, maybe build up to an half-Ironman or full one
later on.
